My name is actually Caroline. As a baby, I was born in Copenhagen in 2002, and as an adult, I play, write, and produce music.
My music moves across genres like electronica, synth-pop, and indie electronic. I enjoy digital and conceptual experiments as much as I enjoy catchy pop songs. This mixture is usually marked by synthesizers, layered vocals, drum kits, and manipulated samples.
I am inspired by contrasts such as nature vs. technology and reality vs. dreamworlds, as well as symbolism and metaphorical fiction to convey personal, relatable, and vulnerable emotions. Memory and subjective perspective guide me, blending surrealism with triviality.
As someone who spends a lot of time in my own head, my music is intended to feel both introspective and dreamlike. My goal is to create sonic spaces that invite reflection and emotional resonance.

I’ve had fun learning a bit of coding and creating a digital, nostalgia-fueled home for my creativity.

Music
I have loved and played music since I was young. Once I realised, as a teenager, that I could learn to produce my own songs on a computer, it grew to be perhaps my favorite thing to do.
Most of my music is quite electronic, composed and created in Ableton Live. I love the endless possibilities of the computer as an instrument, whether it is using it as a digital synthesizer, to manipulate obscure samples, or to tie a soundscape together thematically and technically.

Other artforms
Besides music, I love to explore many different forms of creative expression. My passion for writing and poetry comes through in my lyrics. I also enjoy film and video, especially in connection to music and sound. I love to paint, draw, take photos, make collages, and most other creative pursuits and curiosities. My dream is to create a connected artistic universe across different mediums and meanings.
SYNTHETICA Collective
Based in Copenhagen and founded by joY, bjoerk_ontheweb, and Aotus, SYNTHETICA is a female-powered electronica collective dedicated to creating emotional sonic spaces where vulnerability, intuition, and multiplicity coexist.
SYNTHETICA centers emotional authority, expanding electronic music beyond performance and perfection: reframing it as an invitation into shared inner landscapes, rituals, and immersive experiences where presence matters more than performance.
SYNTHETICA builds community through workshops, events, collaborations, concerts, and shared promotion. Grounded in mutual care and collective visibility, we rise by lifting each other. Together, SYNTHETICA develops new ways of being independent artists and minorities, contributing to a more open industry built on sustainable, artist-led structures.
